Are You a Cultural Christian?
by Jack Graham, PowerPoint Ministries

"And this is eternal life, that they know you the only true God,
and Jesus Christ whom you have sent.

--John 17:3

Can you look at today’s verse of Scripture and really believe that all religions are the same? Of course not! All religions are not the same. They can’t be and I’ll tell you why.

Jesus is the difference between all the religions of the world. There’s a reason why Jesus is the greatest influence and the most powerful personality the world has ever seen. Jesus is the King of kings and Lord of lords! Jesus alone is altogether worthy and forever worthy of your worship and mine.
And the Scripture says that one day every knee will bow and confess Jesus Christ as Lord. And when that day comes, I want you to know that Buddha and Mohammed will bow down and confess Jesus as Lord! In fact, the devil himself will confess Jesus Christ as Lord because Jesus’ name is exalted above all names. Jesus’ name is exclusive and eternal.

Have you settled this question in your heart?

Maybe you’d say, “Pastor, I’m a Christian; I go to church.” Well, churches are filled with cultural Christians who fail to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

I urge you to make it personal. Bow to him even now and declare him to be the Lord of your life.
